CAIRO, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) — Three Arab Israeli tourists and four Egyptian workers were injured during a fight in a hotel in Egypt’s Red Sea resort of Taba, Egypt’s Al-Qahera News TV channel reported, citing a high-level Egyptian official.

The fight started after several tourists refused to pay for some hotel services, Al-Qahera News quoted an anonymous source as saying.

One of the Egyptian workers sustained serious injuries, said the source, without providing details regarding the health conditions of the injured tourists.

All the injured were taken to hospital for treatment, the source said, adding that the Egyptian security authorities are investigating the incident.
