MOSCOW — One person was killed and 31 others injured on Sunday after a truck collided with a bus in Krasnodar region of southern Russia, local media reported.
According to the TASS news agency, the accident occurred on the Temryuk-Krasnodar-Stavropol border road. The truck lost control and swerved into the opposite lane, crashing into the bus transporting 49 handball fans.
The truck driver died on the spot and the 31 injured people were sent to a nearby hospital for treatment, said the report.
